It is said, time is limited and best things come out of box when you strive hard in that definite time; working more than others, managing more than others and of course sweating more than others.
Same is the story of last 3 months when our team achieved in a time frame of 90 days that took a whole previous year to accomplish. In financial year 2011-12 we got 381 events on Ayojak platform spread over various verticals. Our team crossed that number in just last 3 months this year i.e. Sept – Nov 2012 where we brought 425 events in total on Ayojak.com.
Most of the events came from ‘Business’ category, followed by ‘Education’. Delhi topped as the city of maximum events with Mumbai at second place. ‘Sports’ was the fastest growing category as we won more sports events this time than previous months.
We hosted top class events of India including India Resort Fashion Week, Rajasthan Royals’ ‘Cricket Star Rajasthan 2012′, Janta Raja by widely read Marathi daily Sakal Media, Startup Weekend, The Startup Centre, and many others.

To uncover cricket talent in Rajasthan, Rajasthan Royals with Dainik Bhaskar conceived an idea of “Cricket Star Rajasthan” where they planned to travel through the state of Rajasthan to find the best talent.
Participants needed to go through 2 stage selection process where they would be tested by Rajasthan Royals experts and coaches. Selected Cricket Star Rajasthan 2012, then would be awarded with an internship opportunity with Rajasthan Royals to be a part of exclusive mentorship and practice sessions from RR coaches. He will also get publicity by Dainik Bhaskar media publications.
To execute this concept they needed a solution through which they could easily manage registrations of thousands of participants. To simplify whole process, Ayojak played a key role by powering all attendee registrations.
We created a solution using which participant could simply send an SMS with respective keyword to 9220092200 to register for the event. After registration, application would automatically send them registration details along with the date & venue of their trial.
Managing thousands of registration was not an easy task. But our development team worked extra mile to complete all deadlines That is the beauty of pushing your limits. To be always ready for any challenge.
