There can be many ways to promote your event on the Internet. There can be internet marketing, email marketing, affiliate programming and other tools by which you can spread the word around the web. Apart from marketing point of view where you become money-centric personality and people recognize you as a salesman or marketer, binding yourself to the positive and social mind of a person can be more fruitful. To create awareness and to enter into the mind of people is much better than just asking them to buy something or to do something.
Here are some of the ways by which not only you can promote your event but also make a good impression on web community.
Which is the most popular social networking site? The obvious answer that we get is ‘Facebook’. It offers everything – A bunch of applications, user friendly look, easy to use options and everything you need to connect to people. You can use Facebook professionally to promote your events. Make a Facebook Page, make it popular, post updates, connect with likeminded users and let your event reach your audience.
Short messages and a powerful app, called twitter. In less than 140 words you can make people know about what is happening on your side. How are you going to do event, the topic and venue and all other things related to event will be delivered right on the twitter page of your connected users.
While planning for an event, you can make a nice presentation about your company, your event or other ideas related to that and upload all this stuff on Slideshare. From there you can promote your event on various platforms and keep track of what users like most and what they don’t.
Probably, you would like to show your audience the event-time captured in the form of digital image. It will have a good effect on the web as people can see the images of events and can judge the quality of event. You can use Flickr as an image sharing platform.
Making an event video and sharing it to the users, is another nice thing you can do on web. You can post your event videos on YouTube, the biggest video sharing site on the web, and let the world see it.
Explain thoroughly what is in your mind. Explain everything about your event. What people will get from it, what are the add-ons you are providing them, how easy it will be for them to attend it and what is the whole process? Write blog posts and articles about your company and event and spread it on the various communities to make people know about it.
It is very easy to start the activities, but to manage them systematically and to monitor the things that are happening in this vicious web-circle simultaneously is little bit tough. At this junction, you need an online event partner like Ayojak which will manage your events, create awareness around social media and will help in multiplying your audience.

In an ocean of information, if you don’t manage your data properly, surely you are going to lose yourself in the tide of data flow. These days, organizing data is more important than gathering it. The more efficiently you can manage and organize your data, the more time you will have to analyze it and process it.
Sometimes we wander in search of better options, not making ourselves better. Many of us know about MS-Excel, however since we don’t know about the variety of features that are available, we search for other things to do that specific task, thus spending more money and time.
So, here comes Susapta, providing you some inline features and techniques of Microsoft MS-Excel through their workshop that is going to be held on June 26 and 27, 2010 (its weekend
) at Bangalore.
In this 2 day workshop they will teach you some basic and advanced features of MS-Excel, useful for your industry and your day-to-day work.
Learning something new is like a journey that is a lifelong activity. If we learn something that makes us skilled and fit for the domain in which we are working and through which we are leading our lives — it’s like a double profit. What’s more? Enhance your professional skills; block your seats now at http://ticketing.ayojak.com/event/basic–advanced-ms-excel-workshop

Most of us are aware of the fact that we have an unconscious mind behind the mind that works for the things in this materialistic world. This unconscious mind has a processing capacity of 2 billion bits per second compared to the conscious mind that has the processing capacity of only 2 thousands bits per second (compare it with 128 bit rate song that we usually listen
).
Studies in neuroscience indicate that as much as 95% of our consciousness is actually unconsciousness. It’s the unconscious mind that is the storehouse of our attitudes, beliefs and values. It is from our beliefs that we form perceptions about the world and ourselves and from these perceptions we develop behaviors.
Usually it is self-defeating behaviors that we wish to change. Often, the most effective way to change behavior is to change the unconscious belief that supports it.
So, how about the idea of programming your unconscious mind rather than making your conscious mind fit for the worldly affairs whether it is related to your profession or it is related to your personal, social or the way you tackle with the problems of life.
That is the effort which has been initiated by Krish Srikanth, an internationally renowned coach, consultant and trainer through a training program called NLP-K (Neuro Linguistic Programming- Kinesiology).
Neuro Linguistic Programming- Kinesiology is an integration of the systemic use of NLP and Kinesiology to create compounded benefits such that not only can you create fast, effective changes for yourself but also help and support others to create physical, mental, emotional, financial, intellectual and spiritual changes in their lives. It is a user friendly way to rewrite the software of your mind and change the printout of your life.
The workshop of NLP-K is scheduled on 3rd and 4th July 2010 at Mumbai. There you will learn about NLP processes, muscle testing, goal setting exercise and much more. Ayojak team is the online ticketing and event partner of this workshop.
