Welcome to 0.8 release, our new feature for you is “Group”. What you can do with Group?

For Users/Tech Geeks :-

You can create your event groups like “PHPCamp, OpenSocial Garage group” if you are having technical conf/seminar often and use the group to highlight events, manage whoz coming, showcase event maps, invite members to join the group.

That’s an example but you can have any kind of Event Group in Ayojak. Just your imaginations. Like “Pune Events”, “Your College/Uni events”, etc etc.

For Event Promoters:

Group allows you to bring your used under one umbrella. This way you can continuously engage your users to spread word-of-mouth about your events. So cool, isn’t?

For Venues:

Now you can create your own group and invite your users to join group to stay tuned to your events, activities. This is FREE and it will help to build a social circle among your users/customers to keep in touch with your venue.

For Bloggers/Site owners:-

Running a WordPress, TypePad, Blogger blog ? Now you can list all your events in your own group in Ayojak and hey your members can join your group. Very soon, we will give you lot of “Widgets” to show events on your site. Hurray! stay tuned.

Hi All,

Pleased to inform that we have climbed to 0.7 release. This release brings “Performer” to Ayojak, a feature which we at Ayojak are very eagerly waiting for. So also many of the performer who have been enquiring about this release.

Welcome to 0.6 release of Ayojak.com, a major milestone for us.

Ayojak 0.6 release brings the best from us : India’s First Event & Venue Oraganizing Service. We have added a big horizontal bar having -> Venue,Event,Performers,People,Groups,
Event Management and search option.
This way now you can easily locate your favourite venue, book it, look for an event management company to plan & manage your event.

Many more feature has been added in 0.6 as follows.
1. Event creation : Now you can create “private” and “public” events with various options. For example to conduct a private event like wedding, simply keep your settings as “private”. If you are conducting seminar,tech conference etc, you can utilise more options like sponsorer, event location google map, organizers for your event, many such features.

2. Menu : When you login, you will see all the navigations. For example, as an user many of you had difficulty on how to traverse back to event pages and account settings. This has been made simple now. You also see a nice Horizontal bar helping you to navigate from one section to another.

3. People : We thought event is “social” so why not we allow to see other people having similar interest and also see what others events, comments are being created.

4. Event Management : Now you can find event management companies listed in Ayojak. As it is freshly luanched, you may not see lot of them, but this space is getting filled fast.

5. Book Venue :- We have linked this page to Venue home so that you can browse and at the same time query for a venue while being the same page.

We are working on 2 major things for now, Group and Reward system. Yes, reward system allows you to enjoy the benefit of creating events, briging friends to Ayojak and earning loads of FREE gifts.

Hi All,

Thank you for sending appreciations to Ayojak team, you have liked us, some of you have queried us and you think we are making a good effort. Thank you. With your support and suggestions, we are here to make a difference and provide you valuable services.

Today we did 0.3 alpha release :) The new features in 0.3 are :-

1. Venue category list now shows number of venues. We felt it is useful to share this info so that you can plan well.

2. Venue city list now shows all city in India in which we have Venue listings. Our customer support & sales team is continously bringing more venues from new cities. So we will keep on adding venues across India. If you know a venue of your choice or  may be the venue where your family functions/friend’s wedding had occured, may be if you can prompt the venue owner to reach Ayojak.com. May be one user will get better served with more venue.

3. Event name clearly shows on URL. What this means ? When you click an even, earlier we used to shows as http://ayojak.com/event/index/index/eventId/11 but now it shows an URL with detailed message as http://ayojak.com/event/index/index/eventId/Professional-Training-in-Counselling.11

So when you conduct event, your contacts/friends should able to see quickly when you send/share your event URL with them.

4.Number of event for each event category :- Now for each event category, we are showing the number of events in that category. For example Business and Tech (2)

5.Specific Event Page :- Each event type/category has a specific page, for example if you like Business and Tech events, you can see all of them in http://ayojak.com/event/index/specificeventhome/category/Business-and-Tech.003

This way you can track your favourite event types.

6. Now you can choose more than one city for conducting an event.

7. All Events :- You can track all events happening across India.

8. + Many issues have been fixed.
