India is an eventful country be it cities or towns there are innumberable conferences, meets, seminars, summits and even get togethers. Given that many of these are organized via email its a pity that India still lacks an online event registration and managing tool. So here comes Ayojak.com which aims at providing exactly this service.

WAT’s HOT: Well the product is by far the most comprehensive event management tool launched for the Indian markets. It has everything that one could ask for from an event management tool even though its recently launched. Some features that we loved were ability to login with third party ids like google yahoo etc. The ability to add youtube videos, flickr pictures and slideshare videos is also amazing value.

Ayojak, in new avatar enables users/small and medium businesses to organize conference event, ticketing event, membership/group event and social event. Features offered includes event registration,attendee management, payment processing, ticketing, reporting and promotion.

Creating paid event in India is a big pain and I have seen couple of event organizers struggling with ‘how do I ask people to pay’ kind of questions (paypal is ofcourse not the preferred route)? Ayojak does solves this (we haven’t tested the service yet), by enabling you to link your bank account while creating the event.

While we are getting ready to launch Ayojak’s ‘New things’ for you, I thought to pen down Ayojak’s journey so far.

Ayojak started its journey as an Event Listing + Venue information for event organizers. Somehow we felt, there are better sites in India doing event Listing like famously www.buzzintown.com & www.burrp.com. We had bit of success and small community creating and sharing events. However we thought how about creating something totally different & relevant for Event Organizers. This thought let us to change our focus and think like ‘if I want to organize event in India, how do I do’; with this thought we went on and created event management apps useful for

Social Event (Friends get-together, alumni, Coffee meets, etc)

Ticketing Event (Music concerts, Seminars, etc)

Group Event/Meetups (Specific Hobbies/interest meetups)

Conference Event (Corporate conference such as Online Marketing Conference, etc)
