People worry about making payment online due to a fear of money loss. They think that their money is not safe and suddenly it will go somewhere if their transaction fails. In today’s world where everything is going online, for every incident that happens there is a standard system. This system gives you belief that everything is going fine and you need not worry about things that are under that system.

System Flow When You Buy A Ticket:

When you buy a ticket from Ayojak ticketing page, you select ticket quantity and go to checkout page and fill details there. In these steps if your internet disconnects or you are unable to continue for next step, this is nothing to do with your money as you are in Ayojak application, not in payment gateway.

When you finish entering details, you click on “Proceed to Payment” button. This is the time when you leave Ayojak application and go to payment gateway page.

From here, you are redirected to payment gateway page.

When you reach on payment gateway page, you select payment method from options like credit card, debit card, net-banking or cash card and click on proceed to go to respective bank site.

For credit card option, you enter your credit card details in a screen similar to this.

After filling the info when you click on ‘Pay’, your transaction processes at bank’s end:

In this period don’t refresh  or press back button as it will cancel the transaction. This could be the point when bank fails to update payment gateway successfully.

The above screen appears if your transaction is unsuccessful. Sometimes, in this case bank deducts money from your account and fails to update to payment gateway. Payment gateway takes it as unsuccessful transaction.

What if Money is deducted from Your Account?

If your money is deducted from your account and payment gateway has not captured it. In such cases, normally you will get your money back into your account within a week automatically. You can also contact at your bank about this transaction and ask them to update your account statement.

Some cases are there when in mid of transaction you see blank page. This happens due to poor ‘Bank IT transaction infrastructure with payment gateway’ , hence the transaction takes longer than the normal time. This makes the link failure and ends up showing blank page.

In such cases, 1 in 1000 payments may get deducted by bank. But the user will always know money is deducted and can instruct bank to refund back.

Similarly if money comes to payment gateway, then Ayojak takes care of issuing a ticket. Or refunding as per event organizer’s cancellation policy. Ayojak also takes one step ahead to ensure if user’s money is stuck in payment gateway, we take care of fast processing.

1. Improved Payment Gateway

We have now switched to EBS.in Payment gateway, with whom we have 2 years of strong relationship and have now started using them actively. This makes our payment system far more robust and improved than ever before.  We also now have Mastercard and Diners Club card payment available.

3. Launch of New Ticket Widget

We are glad to release the beta version of ‘Ticket Widget’. The easy to use Ticket widget can be embedded on any web site, on WordPress, Blogger Blog, etc. This widget is very useful for Event organizers who are designing their own event page and want to maintain the traffic on their site. Now they can simply embed this Ayojak Ticket widget and let users initiate the purchase from their own site!!

4. CRM Solution for Ayojak Ticketing

With our brand new CRM solution, we will able to increase our support to event organizers and their ticket buyers/registrants for payment processing, support request, real time monitoring of event ticket sale and attendee

Some of the following examples demonstrate how we will serve customers better that ever before:
a. Event organizers might need quick payment report, now Ayojak can send them a payment report in 2 minutes.
b. Ayojak releases payment to event organizer every 5 days. With new CRM implementation, Ayojak can inform them how much they have earned in real time and also settle faster
c. Event Organizers might need to send e-ticket to all their attendees. With new CRM, Ayojak support team can do it in few clicks.
d. Ayojak now monitors and logs attempted ticket buying. Hence if any  prospect attendee drops off from buying, Ayojak’s support team reaches to them to ensure they didn’t face any issues

4. C0c0n, previously known as Cyber Safe organized annual event in Kochi, the event was supported by the Kochi City Police.
